Abstract:

The present research studied the (causal, contextual, and intervening) conditions, strategies, and consequences of violence in the lives of child wives in Chabahar city, conducted with a qualitative methodology based on grounded theory. For this purpose, in-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted with 28 child-married girls in Chabahar city who were selected through theoretical sampling and snowball method. The analysis of the data in the framework of the three-level open, axial and selective coding system showed that gendered inequality and discrimination, women's inferiority, men's value, the culture of silence and the culture of violence play a role in the experience of child-wives in terms of violence (causal conditions), which leads to a type of increased, double violence for them (core category); violence that operates within the framework of the family institution, the main mechanism of which are previous traditions and rules, and the perpetrators of which are men and women who were themselves the victims of the same traditions and rules that they have, now, internalized and used again against their daughters. This increased violence happens in a context where patriarchy is widespread (contextual conditions) and due to the generalized self-deprecation among child wives (intervening conditions), they may attempt to escape, get separated, threaten, and commit suicide (strategies), and these actions have consequences such as symbolic, physical, and sexual violence and even social isolation (consequences).

Abstract:

To evaluate the effect of nitrogen and water withholding in vegetative growth stage of corn on efficacy of nicosulfuron and 2,4-D+ MCPA an experiment was conducted as a factorial arrangement in a randomized complete block design with three replications at Tarbiat Modares University in 2017. The first factor contained four treatments including application of nicosulfuron, 2,4-D+ MCPA, weed free and weed infested as control. The second factor consisted of normal irrigation and water withholding from 4 to 8 leaf stage. Third factor contained either urea application or no fertilizer application. Normal irrigation and nitrogen fertilizer application significantly increased nicosulfuron and 2,4-D+ MCPA efficacy in weed control and total weed dry weight decreased to 341 and 361 g.m-2 respectively compared 1370 g.m-2 as weed infested. Nicosulfuron and 2,4-D+ MCPA reduced weed total dry weight significantly under irrigation withholding. Grain yield increased with application of nitrogen and nicosulfuron. Grain yield was higher with application of 2,4-D+ MCPA than nicosulfuron without nitrogen application under irrigation withholding. Application of nicosulfuron with nitrogen application provided satisfactory weed control and increased grain yield.

Abstract:

ABSTRACT Over the past 50 years since the first research in the field of urban Development implementation plans, there has been a noticeable absence of a comprehensive literature review on this topic in the global arena. This article provides a textual analysis related to the subject of urban Development implementation plans, to identify important and recurring themes alongside analyzing the relationships between authors, journals, and countries in this field. Along with the bibliographic analysis, documents related to the field of urban Development implementation plans were reviewed to identify influential indicators in their implementation. To this end, 456 scientific articles were extracted from the Scopus scientific database as of October 28th, 2022, and analyzed using scientometric software. These analyses include examining author keywords, country co-authorships, journal bibliographic coupling, and author co-citations. In this study, 74 final indicators were identified as the most recurrent indicators in this field. The bibliographic analysis also produced several noteworthy results. The United States is the most active country in this field, with a link strength of 40 and 176 articles. Berke, P. is the most influential author in this field, with a link strength of 1623 and 99 citations. Among the journals examined, "Land Use Policy" has the highest bibliographic coupling strength of 84, and the "Journal of the American Planning Association" has the highest number of documents related to this field, with 22 documents; finally, among the identified. Extended Abstract Introduction The implementation of urban Development projects has been a neglected topic in public policy research, despite its critical importance in ensuring the success of such projects. While there have been numerous studies on the factors that contribute to the success or failure of policy implementation, there has been a lack of systematic reviews on the subject of implementation as a whole. This study aims to address this gap in knowledge by providing a comprehensive overview of the implementation process of urban Development projects. This study aims to address this gap in knowledge by providing a comprehensive overview of the implementation process of urban Development projects. The study begins by collecting and categorizing existing research in the field, focusing on three main questions: -What are the key indicators for successful implementation? -What are urban journals and articles' current trends and performance? -How do countries and researchers collaborate in this area? The study also examines the relationships between authors, publishers, and different types of documents through bibliographic analysis. Ultimately, this study highlights the need for further research and a more structured approach to understanding the implementation process of urban Development projects.   Methodology This study examined the literature related to implementation and evaluation plans in urban and land use planning. The authors used the Scopus database to extract and collect data, focusing on combining the keywords "implementation-plan" and "evaluation-plan" in the keywords, abstracts, and titles. Initially, 621 studies were extracted, but 456 articles were selected as the final database after filtering out non-article documents. The authors observed a general upward trend for studies from 1968 to 2022, with a significant increase in the slope of the trend from 2007. However, a slight decrease in studies was observed in 2021 and 2022, possibly due to the global pandemic and the emergence of new related topics. The authors used a four-stage process to analyze the bibliographic subject of the study, including simultaneous occurrence analysis, co-authorship analysis, bibliographic coupling analysis, co-citation analysis, content analysis, and thematic analysis. The authors identified the selected articles' research objectives, methodologies, findings, and main themes and sub-themes. Overall, this study provides a comprehensive analysis of the literature on implementation and evaluation plans in urban and land use planning.   Results and discussion This research aims to comprehensively analyze the implementation and execution of urban Development plans using bibliometrics and systematic analysis. The study considers evaluation as a crucial part of the implementation process and seeks to answer three fundamental questions. Firstly, it identifies effective indicators of implementation and execution globally. Secondly, it examines the trends and performances of new articles and urban journals. Thirdly, it investigates the pattern of cooperation among countries and researchers. The study identifies 74 general indicators that significantly impact the implementation process of urban plans. The results show that "performance evaluation," "effectiveness," "land use," "zonation," "participation," "program quality," and "implementation program" are critical indicators in this area. The study also highlights the importance of evaluation in the discussion of program implementation and its separability from the implementation process. Using the scientometric software VOSviewer, the study analyzed 68 keywords related to the bibliographic topic. "Program evaluation" obtained the first place, followed by "Program implementation" and "Program quality." The co-authorship analysis based on author items revealed that Berke, P. has the highest number of citations and link strength. Additionally, the study found that 72 countries have research in this field, with 22 countries having at least 5 citations that were clustered into 5 clusters by the software. The "land use policy" journal had the highest link strength, and the "Journal of the American planning association" had the highest number of documents related to this field. In conclusion, the study provides valuable insights for policymakers and researchers interested in urban Development planning. It comprehensively examines the implementation and execution of urban Development plans, identifies effective indicators, and investigates the pattern of cooperation among countries and researchers. The study highlights the importance of evaluation in the implementation process and its separability from the implementation process.   Conclusion The main goal of this research was to fill the gap in research on the implementation and execution of urban Development projects in the field, as no systematic review of the topic has been conducted from a global perspective since the first research in this field about half a century ago. Only in some studies, such as those by Talen (1996), Oliveira & Pinho (2010), Rudolf & Grădinaru (2017), has the evaluation of implementation been systematically reviewed, or the systematic review of experiences in a specific urban area, such as the review of various experiences in the Beijing urban area (Chu, 2020). In this research, with the comprehensive approach that the evaluation of implementation is an integral part of the overall process of implementing and executing urban Development projects, this process has been examined from the perspective of bibliometrics and systematic analysis of this field. The main difference of this research, which makes it completely new, is firstly having a comprehensive approach to the implementation field, where program evaluation is only an important part of its structure, and secondly, using the scientometric software VOSviewer for the first time in this field. In essence, the conclusive outcomes of this investigation were entirely novel and exhibited some partial congruences with antecedent studies in the domain of appraising and discerning indicators. Significantly, this research has conferred a systematic appraisal of the literature concerning the urban implementation and execution of projects, which is an unprecedented contribution. It should be acknowledged that this is an initial survey of data intended to offer a comprehensive outlook on this scholarly field, and thus it is subject to certain limitations, such as its confinement to the Scopus database. As such, it is recommended that future research endeavors encompass an analysis of additional databases and undertake comparative evaluations of the results. Abstract:

WITH THE ADVANCE OF GREEN CHEMISTRY, HETEROGENEOUS CATALYSTS HAVE EMERGED AS CAPABLE PROMOTERS OF ORGANIC REACTIONS. ORGANIC TRANSFORMATIONS CAN BE MADE MORE PROFITABLE BY USE OF THESE RECOVERABLE CATALYSTS AS THE LEAST HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS [1]. REUSABILITY AND NON TOXICITY OF THESE SOLID CATALYSTS ORGANIZE THEM AS MORE BENEFIT INDUSTRIAL CATALYSTS THAN HOMOGENEOUS ANALOGS, AND HENCE MODERN PROCESSES HAVE TURNED TO THE GRADUAL REPLACING OF TRADITIONAL CATALYSTS WITH THESE ADVANTAGEOUS RECOVERABLE SOLIDS. THE EXTRA ADVANTAGES OF THESE CATALYSTS WHICH MAKE THEM GOOD CANDIDATES FOR GREEN PROCESSES ARE AVAILABILITY, NON-VOLATILITY, STABILITY, NON-TOXICITY, REUSABILITY, AND LOW COST. THESE CATALYSTS EFFICIENTLY CATALYZE THE ORGANIC REACTIONS VIA ADSORPTION OF THE STARTING MATERIALS AND ENHANCEMENT OF THEIR REACTIVITY.DOLOMITE IS A NATURAL BASE CATALYST [2]; SILICA SULFURIC ACID (SSA) [3] AND MOLYBDATE SULFURIC ACID (MSA) [4] ARE TWO INEXPENSIVE AND READILY HANDLED SOLID ALTERNATIVES TO SULFURIC ACID, WHILE DUE TO THE EASINESS OF PREPARATION, VARIOUS LOW-PRICED NANOZNO SUCH AS NANOPOWDER, NANOFLUIDS AND NANOPARTICLES HAVE BEEN ARTIFICIALLY PREPARED AND USED AS REACTION PROMOTERS [4].RECENTLY, WE HAVE PREPARED AND USED NANOZNO AS EFFICIENT CATALYSTS IN ORGANIC REACTIONS.WE HAVE ALSO USED IRANIAN DOLOMITE, SSA, AND MSA IN A RANGE OF ORGANIC TRANSFORMATIONS.THESE SOLIDS PROFESSIONALLY CATALYZE VARIOUS TYPES OF ORGANIC TRANSFORMATIONS WHILE COULD BE EASILY RECOVERED FROM THE REACTION MIXTURES BY A SIMPLE FILTRATION. THESE FEATURES MAKE REACTION SET UP CLEANER AND FASTER WITH HIGHER YIELDING. THIS WORK TOOK THE ABOVE HETEROGENEOUS CATALYSTS AS THE MAIN TO REVIEW THEIR APPLICATION TO ORGANIC REACTIONS FROM THE ECONOMICAL POINT OF VIEW OF Development AND PRACTICAL UTILITY.

Abstract:

In the study, irrigation efficiency and its main equation, the depth of root Development has been considered as an important and indisputable factor. Therefore, determining the exact depth of root Development at different stages of plant growth is important. In this research, by digging profiles directly, the depth of wheat root changes in Hamidiyeh, Kowsar, Atabiyeh, Yasmin Ferdows, Daryoun, Weiss, Shadegan and Hindijan regions with soils with different salinities of 7. 3, 23. 1, 12. 8, 12. 7, 4. 9, 24, 10. 7, 14. 22 dS/m respectively, were measured at a depth of 0 to 60 cm. Also, water salinity in each of the above pilots was 1. 8, 1. 9, 2. 5, 2. 2, 1. 7, 2. 4, 6. 4 and 3. 2 dS / m, respectively. The predominant soil texture of these areas is Clay Loam and Silty Clay Loam, respectively. As the results show, the texture of these pilots is heavy and the results of this research can be generalized in the same range of soil texture. In this regard, the Borg-Grimes (1986) root Development depth model was evaluated based on FAO information and indigenous information obtained from the region. The results show that FAO data cause a large error of about 176% and the use of indigenous relationships in different soil salinity classes shows that using these equations with an average error of 18% can be a more appropriate estimate of Root depth various in these areas.

Abstract:

I have previously argued that human flourishing partly consists in the ability to exercise essential human capacities, many of which are non-distinctive and shared with other animals. The concept of flourishing is itself species-specific. Thus, the Development of essential capacities (human and nonhuman) comprises a large part of the goods that we ought to promote. Problems about the definition of ‘essential’ are discussed, as are related issues about whether there are necessary and sufficient conditions for the correct use of sortal universal terms. The relation of the exercise of essential capacities to basic needs is investigated, and the essential nature of the human capacity for meaningful work, which has been disputed by John White, is defended. Finally, some suggestions are offered about what the proponents of the capabilities approach might derive from that of essential capacities.

Abstract:

The definition of ‘participation’ has been changed from a kind of co-operation to a basic foundation for the Development programs. It has also changed from a passive practice to an active and conscious action. In other words, taking the “ individual” as the unit of analysis, its theoretical foundation is based on the principle of individuals equality. The theoretical approach of “ women’s participation in Development” is a combination of the theories of modernization and liberal feminism. These theories emphasize the necessity of womens integration in the modern sector of the economy for the purpose of their freedom. In the present article, drawing on the library method ,attitudes and new perspectives on women’s participation in the process of Development is discussed. The basic preconditions of women’s participation are referred to in two micro and macro levels. The objective of this paper is also to study the obstacles of women’s participation in economic, social, cultural, political aspects, gender socialization, dominance of patriarchal culture and education among women.
